This simple tool will allow you to de-burr the sharp edges of acrylic glazing.

It will bevel both edges as once without slipping off the edge.

Scrape the edges of your acrylic sheet BEFORE you take off the protective covering. Also, wipe down both sides and the edges with a damp cloth to get rid of the scrapings and kill the static.

I made my scraper from a scrap of sheet metal about 3/32 inch thick and about 1 inch wide. I just filed a "V" notch into the end and bent it over about an inch from the end.
